Draft Land 是亞洲第一間以 Cocktails On Tap 形式為主的汲飲式雞尾酒吧。
團隊透過汲飲系統，將氮氣及二氧化碳注入酒精飲品及非酒精飲品中，創造出快速、高品質、永續且可負擔的專業調酒。
飲品研究室 Drinks Lab 為不斷重新定義飲品，同時重視跨領域創新的飲品企業。Draft Land 於 2018 年由 Drinks Lab 所創立，在台灣開設第一家台北本店，隔年開設香港分店，更陸續在台灣於21、22年插旗台中草悟道及台北信義區。
透過生產研發核心 Daily by Draft Land 和 Testing Room 發展出多元調飲，目前我們正在著手進行瓶裝雞尾酒計畫。未來預計擴大品牌，進入各種生活通路，以產業界的雞尾酒領導品牌為目標。
