Testing Room 原為 Draft Land 產品研發基地，隱身於 Draft Land Taipei 二樓，負責研究、實驗與開發各類飲品項目的調和創新，是提供各地 Draft Cocktail 多元產品的啟蒙處 。
Born as a platform for Draft Land's production and research development, Testing Room is located on the second floor of Draft Land Taipei. Responsible for the experimentation behind what we can do with cocktails, it is the original laboratory where draft cocktails are invented.
於 2019 年初正式開放此座不被設限的實驗場域，以酒水、食物為媒介，反覆探索餐飲文化的核心價值。透過不停測試各種碰撞的可能性，創造每個階段不同的企劃，而每一位參與者都是與我們共同建構下一步的探索夥伴。不要問未來會發生什麼，我們一次專注於一個概念，於是所有可能都會在 Testing Room 發生。
Opened in early 2019, we are an unrestricted area, unbounded by frames, that continuously explores the core values of the food and beverage culture. By constantly testing out possibilities of various collisions in flavors, creating different plans for every stage of development, everyone who works with us along the way is contributing to the journey of what is next for Testing Room. Don’t ask us what will happen in the future, because we only focus on one concept at a time. We are endlessly exploring, changing and testing out new ideas, therefore anything can happen in Testing Room.

Every week from Monday to Thursday, a member of our team is selected to be a tester. The chosen tester’s task is to come up with 3 cocktails that draws inspiration from their surroundings, this keeps us on our feet and always on the look out for new ideas to present to you.
